James Kaliszewski, a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, began his journey with a strong foundation in technical education, leading to a successful 20-year career in mechanical design and engineering. After living in multiple states, James decided to settle in Palm Bay, Florida, where he purchased his first home. During the homebuying process, he encountered challenges with mortgage communication, often finding it difficult to get his questions answered. This experience ignited his passion for assisting others with their mortgage needs.
